Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for the different services offered by Parashar Global (trade name: RK SOFTWARE SOLUTION).
1. Independent Tech Support Services
This section applies to services provided through our portals: camhelpdesk.live, camerahelp.live, and streamsmart.live.
Our Guarantee: If our technicians are unable to resolve your stated technical issue, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the service fee. To request a refund, please email us at hello@parasharglobal.com with your service details within 7 days of the service date.
2. Travel Services (Flights, Hotels, Cruises, Packages)
This section applies to bookings made via our travel portal, apexflightfares.com.
- Agent Capacity: Parashar Global acts as a travel agent. We do not own or operate any airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other travel providers.
- Governing Policies: All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective third-party providers (e.g., the airline's fare rules). These policies will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
- Cancellations & Changes: If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. We will assist you in processing the request with the provider. Please be aware that cancellation or change penalties from the provider may apply.
- Our Service Fees: Any service fees charged by Parashar Global for the booking and arrangement of travel are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after we receive the funds from the travel provider. This timeline can vary depending on the provider's policies.
3. Digital Marketing & Web Development Services
- Setup Fees: Any initial setup fees for services like SEO or PPC campaigns are non-refundable.
- Monthly Services: Payments for monthly retainer services are non-refundable for the current service month. You may cancel your service for subsequent months by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
- Project-Based Work: For project-based work like website development, payments are tied to project milestones. Refunds for canceled projects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work completed.
