Parashar Global provides on-site tech installation and setup services nationwide, USA, including:

• Security camera installation (indoor, outdoor, CCTV, IP camera)
• Smart doorbell installation and configuration
• NVR/DVR setup and configuration
• Cable management and related add-on services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are an independent third-party service provider and are not affiliated with any device manufacturer.

3. Booking & Appointments

Bookings can be made via our website booking form, phone call, or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written or verbal confirmation from our team with a confirmed date and time.

• We aim to arrive within the agreed appointment window. In cases of unforeseen delays, we will notify you in advance.
• Please ensure an authorised adult (18+) is present at the premises during the service visit.
• Ensure the installation area is accessible and the TV, camera, or doorbell device is available at the time of the appointment.
• If we are unable to complete the service due to factors outside our control (inaccessible location, device not available, structural issues requiring specialised work), we may charge a partial visit fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is typically collected on-site after service completion, unless an advance is agreed at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
• A itemised invoice will be provided after payment.
• Any additional materials (wall anchors, conduit, cable extensions) required beyond the standard scope will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
• Prices are as listed on our Pricing page. Final prices are confirmed at booking and do not change after confirmation except with your explicit consent.
• For commercial or bulk bookings (5+ units), custom pricing applies — contact us for a quote.

5. Customer Obligations

By booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location, the device, and the installation requirements at the time of booking
• Ensure the premises are safe and accessible for the technician
• Ensure that drilling, mounting, or wiring work is permitted on the property (i.e., you are the owner or have landlord permission for rental properties)
• Inform us in advance of any structural constraints (e.g., glass walls, heritage buildings, restricted drilling areas)
• Not request the technician to perform any work outside the scope of the booked service without prior agreement and payment
• Treat our technicians with respect. We reserve the right to withdraw service if a technician is subjected to abuse, harassment, or an unsafe environment

6. Intellectual Property
